Different users have access to different functions of the site. While anyone can do most things on the site, including reading and editing, the users listed below can access a few additional functions.
Administrator abilities
Admins are the "beating heart" of the wiki. They manage the wiki and its community. They have additional powers, such as:
- Deleting and undeleting pages, page histories, and uploaded files.
- Locking (protecting) a page so it cannot be edited or renamed by users without admin rights.
- Blocking IP addresses or user names from editing; and very quick "rollback" of undesirable edits.
- Editing the interface by changing system messages and skins.
Bureaucrat abilities
Bureaucrats have all the powers admins have, with the additional one to make other users into bureaucrats or administrators on their own wiki.
Rollbacker abilities
Rollbackers are users who can more easily fight vandalism and bad faith edits.
The team
You can check who is part of the Sherwood Dungeon Wiki's team and what are their powers. You can also see who is active and who is not, so in case you need help you have someone to contact. Active users will have their powers and titles (which are in bold) coloured green, while inactive ones will be coloured red.
